Our control card supports multi-galvanometer control, which means processing by using the “MultiHead.plg” file in the plug directory of the control card software .It can be used in one laser with multiple galvanometer, or in multiple lasers with multiple galvanometer.
In the above case one computer simultaneously controls three marking machines is to use the way of multiple lasers with multiple galvanometer.
Because the control card has 8 interfaces, it can connect up to 8 marking machines at most,so that the machines can be controlled by one computer and processing at the same time. At present, all the fiber laser marking machines of Perfect Laser can achieve this function.
Limited by the incompatibility of MultiHead control modules and software extension modules (such as split marking, rotary marking, etc.), this technology is currently only available for flat marking.
How to achieve multi-machine simultaneous 3D marking and apply this technology to more types of machines. This will be the next research topic for Perfect Laser engineers.
